Dr. Prabodh Kumar Mohanty

Short Bio-data:
Dr. Prabodh Kumar Mohanty has joined as the Director (HRD) of Odisha Hydro PowerCorporation Ltd. on 01.08.2017. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Mohanty was theVice President (Human Resource & Employees Relation) in OCL IRON AND STEEL LTD.(Amtek Group, a leading MNC). He brings with him more than 30 years of qualitativeexperience in HR discipline. He has earlier served in various senior managerial positions(HR) in both public and private sectors such as Coal India Ltd., Paradeep PhosphatesLtd., Engineers India Ltd., NINL and Jindal Stainless Ltd. He also served as a Visiting Professor (HRM) at XIMB and Director, IBS. Presently, he is associated with School ofManagement, NIT, Rourkela as adjunct Professor. He has been actively associated withprofessional bodies like NIPM, ISTD, AIMA and QCFI.Dr. Mohanty is a well-known trainer in HR, OB, Industrial Laws, CSR and Strategic HRM.He was the recipient of prestigious AIMA Young Managers Award, NIPM Gold Medal forexcellence in HR, Best Case Study Award on HR from Labour Commissioner,Government of Odisha.
 He holds a Ph.D Degree in Management and is a Post Graduate in PMIR from UtkalUniversity and has LL.B. Degree and Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD,New Delhi. He has presented more than 20 papers in National and InternationalConferences and has published eighteen research papers/articles in leading Nationaland International Journals and a book on “Strategic HRM-A New Perspective for SteelIndustry".

Dr. Pradip Kumar Das
HRM & OB, Sikkim Central University

Short Bio-data:
Graduated in Economics (Hons) from BJB college Bhubaneswar and post graduation in Monetary Economics (Ravenshaw University) and Master in PM&IR (Utkal university), PhD in Management, (HR), NET- Management, FDP (Leadership) from IIT Khargpur.  Presently working as an Assistant professor Dept. of Management. Sikkim Central University. Previously associated with Symbiosis International University Pune & IIMT Bhubaneswar. Dr. Das has 15 years of teaching and research experience with 25 articles published in national and international journal. Attended/presented 30 conferences and seminar Written 5 books on management. 5 book chapters also 3 PhD awarded under his guidance.

Prof. (Dr.) Sushanta Kumar Panigrahi
IIMT, Bhubaneswar, India

Short Bio-data:
Sushanta Kumar Panigrahi received his PhD (Engineering and Information Technology) in Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing from Fakir Mohan University, Balasore, Odisha, India in 2016. He is currently working as an Associate Professor at Department of Information Technology, I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar India. His research interests include computational intelligence, soft computing, data science, optimization techniques, data mining and reengineering.
