Marco Valeri received PhD in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from "Tor Vergata" University (Italy). He is a Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behavior, Faculty of Economics, Niccolò Cusano University, Rome (Italy). He is a Lecture in Applied Organizational Behaviour, Xenophon College, London. He is Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, School of Hospitality, Tourism and Events, Taylor’s University, Subang Jaya 47500, (Malaysia). He is Associate Researcher in Strategy, Magellan Research Center, School of Management, Iaelyon Business School, Jean Monet University, Lyon (France). He’s teaching and consultancy fields include strategic management, leadership development, cross-cultural management, international hospitality management. His research areas include sustainability and green practices, strategy implementation, knowledge management, family business, crisis management, information technology, network analysis. He chaired/co-chaired and served on numerous PhD dissertation and master thesis committees. He has a long and extensive international academic experience and has taken visiting positions in several universities. He is member of several Editorial Boards of international tourism journals, reviewer and editor of several handbooks on entrepreneurship, tourism and hospitality management (Emerald Publishing, Springer and IGI Global). He is Associate Editor of Tourism: An International Interdisciplinary Journal – ISSN: 1332-7461 (Print); ISSN 1849-1545 (Online), Research Notes Editor of Journal of Tourism, Heritage & Services Marketing (ISSN: 2529-1947) and Social Media Editor of Journal of Family Business Management (ISSN: 2043-6238 - Emerald). He received the award as Outstanding Reviewer in the 2021 Emerald Literati Awards, selected by the editorial team of Journal of Family Business Management (Emerald Publishing).

Asghar Afshar Jahanshahi, is a Full Professor of Strategy and Innovation at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Business School, Mexico and visiting Professor at CENTRUM Catolica Business School, Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. He holds a PhD from the University of Pune (India, 2008-11) and was a postdoctoral researcher at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Catholic University of Chile). He has experience of teach for undergraduate and postgraduate students in Iran, Chile, Malaysia, Peru, and Mexico. Asghar explores the ‘people side of strategy’ by seeking to answer questions, such as how CEOs, entrepreneurs and top management teams' perceptions, personalities, and values shape key firms' strategic behaviors, including innovation, imitation, and real options reasoning (opening the black-box of Upper Echelons Theory). His research papers have been published in most prestigious journal of business and management, e.g. the Academy of Management Journal, Project Management Journal, Sustainable Development Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, and Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources.

Professor Emeritus Dr Marjan Svetličič, University of Ljubljana is a BA, MA (Economics, Skopje), PhD (Economics, Belgrade). Current Position: Professor Emeritus, University of Ljubljana. In 2018 also appointed full Prof. at the ECPD, University for Peace established by the UN. Prof. at the GEA College, Ljubljana. His courses have included; International Economics, International Business, Negotiations, Cross cultural negotiation, International Management. He has been teaching also at the Universities of Ljubljana (Faculty of Economics), University of Maribor, ECPD-University for Peace, Belgrade, Trento, Sarajevo, Skopje and Rijeka and is frequently invited as a key note speaker at different international conferences.He had been theDean of the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ljubljana; 1997-2000); Visiting Fellow at the University of Reading, Department of Economics, Reading, UK, (1994); President of EIBA 2004, Vice president of EIBA 2005-2007; member of the Steering Committee of the Standing Group of the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR;2006-2008), Director of the Research Center for Developing Countries (since 1998 Centre of International Cooperation and Development, Ljubljana; 1987-1990); Research Fellow at the Research Center for Developing Countries (Ljubljana; 1969-1990); Visiting Fellow at Reading University (1994) and the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK (1976-1977). Consultancy work for international organizations like UNCTAD, World bank-IFC, UNIDO, UNESCO, OECD Development Centre, IFC, UNDP, UN University Institute WIDER, OSCE and EU Commission.His area of expertise includes Foreign Direct Investments, Transnational Firms, European Union, Small Countries, Globalization, Internationalizations, Negotiations, Cross cultural negotiation.His Current Research area isOutward FDI, small countries, transnational firms, globalization, EU.He has been Negotiating as government representative at several international conferences like UNCTAD, G-77 and was principle negotiator for the establishment of Code of Conduct on Transnational Corporations. Consultancy for OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation, Vienna) for 2 courses for Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia in 2012, teaching permanently Negotiations at the Internationalization Academy (organized by Slovene Ministry of Economy, Chamber of Economy and Faculty of Economics, Ljubljana), Courses on negotiations for firms (Neptun and EVD both from Skopje, Roche Belgrade, Ernst &Young, Slovenian Sovereign Holding, Union, Iskramehanizmi, Borsen, Mercator, Kolektor, Unior, Chamber of Medical Nurses, Slovenia, Slovene Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Prof. Emeritus Dr. Miroslav Rebernik

Prof. Dr. Miroslav Rebernik is Professor Emeritus of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Maribor, where he was Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Economics and Head of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management for many years. He was a visiting professor at Portland State University and received a Fulbright Research Fellowship at Babson College. He was the long-time head of the programme committee of the International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation PODIM, co-founder of Venture Factory - the business incubator of the University of Maribor and actively involved in the Start-up Slovenia Initiative and European start-up community. For a long period of time, he was a member of the European Commission's SME Policy Relevant Research Expert Group and since 2014 he is also an honorary member of the European Network for Social and Economic Research. From 2004-2015, he led the Entrepreneurship for an Innovative Society research programme. From 2002till 2022 he led the research team of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Slovenia and for two decades the research team of the Slovenian Entrepreneurship Observatory. He has actively participated in almost 100 domestic and foreign professional and scientific conferences, authored several books and chapters in numerous monographs published domestically and internationally, chaired numerous international conferences in the country and abroad and edited their proceedings. His bibliography includes over 900 entries.
